Himalayan Salt Pipes Helps Asthma Sufferes
People say that once they start using a Himalayan Salt Pipe they do not have any more Asthma attacks. Now, although this is true for some people, it might not work for you. But the true is, you will never know unless your try it.
For myself, I know that it works because I have been using a Himalayan Salt pipe for about four years now. I tried it and it works, it is obvious that if I had not tried it I would not of know and would still be suffering breathing and coughing problems.
I am glad that I took the plunge, maybe your should too.

Could it be that salt is bad for you?
Mankind seem to have a natural appetite for salt, this instinct is shared with most animals on the planet.
But mankind unlike the other mammals has to fiddle with the raw ingredients and produce something different; "purification" is what it is called. Why do we do this; I have no idea.
It is not only salt that is purified, so to speak, but also sugar, fruit, milk and all manors of other foodstuffs. The fact of the matter is that the salt that we put on our table is far different to the salt that is taken from the earth or sea.
Common salt that you would buy down at your grocery store is a pure sodium chloride chemical, which does not exist in nature and is a far cry from the salt that your local herd of elephants would eat. What is the differences between common salt and natural salt; well the answer to that is simple: 84 natural minerals That is the number of minerals that the purification process takes out of the raw salt. The salt that Mother Nature makes and the salt that all the other mammals eat. It has to said that the common salt on offer in the shops is an unwholesome, unnatural substance which can be best described as white poison. There is a point of fact that sodium chloride is a very hostile destructive substance that does the body great harm.
For one thing, salt has a direct link to your blood pressure. What the salt in your body does is make your body hold onto water; If you eat too much salt, your blood pressure will rise because of the stored water in your body.
High blood pressure is not good for you because it can put a strain on your heart, which can lead to strokes, dementia, heart attacks and kidney problems. Also if you are on any form of heart pills, and take too much salt you could find that the pills do not work as well as they should. We all should stop taking " common salt" for our health sake and if you are suffering from any problems the salt will not help you deal with them.
You will often hear and problem, think so yourself, that natural salt like Himalayan salt cost me the common salt. Well that is true, but ask yourself how much will gout or arthritis cost you? In actual fact you do not need much salt in a year. I have had a kilo of Himalayan salt that I bought last year and I still have enough for at least three months. So for your health's sake switch to a natural salt and you will do your self a favour because the food will taste much better as well.

Himalayan Salt
Table salt is actually 97.5% sodium chloride and 2.5% chemicals such as moisture absorbents, and iodine.
In addition to this, your table salt very often contains potentially dangerous preservatives.
Today's table and cooking salt is void of the vital trace minerals that make this Himalayan crystal salt so precious.
Where as Himalayan Crystal Salt is pure salt that is mined and washed by hand -- with zero environmental pollutants.
Crystal salt has spent over 250 million years maturing under extreme tectonic pressure, far away from exposure to impurities.
All of the crystal salt's inherent minerals and trace elements are available in colloidal form -- meaning they are so small your cells can readily absorb them.
The Crystal Salt from the Himalayas does not burden your body as other salts do. Try some today.

What are Salt Lamps.
Salt crystals for salt lamps is mined in central Europe as well as in the Himalayas.
Some folk claim that Salt lamps help clean the air and clear the lungs of pollutants and bacteria, which can be especially beneficial to those suffering from bronchitis or asthma.
I have a large Salt Lamp in every room of my house and I cannot say that the air in my rooms is any different to that of other peoples.
But for me, Salt Lamps are beautiful and add to my well being by just being there and I like them.
