Using Himalayan Salt for cooking.

Here is a good tip and how to use Himalayan salt in your cooking:

Take a Himalayan salt crystal and put it in a small jam jar and then fill the jar up with pure spring water.Leave this mixture for 48 hours. Then use a spoonful any time you do any cooking.
This is very good for soups and when you make porridge or cook your veg.
