Salt and your blood pressure

If you are one of those people who has high blood pressure, then you know that you are in danger of many mishaps like the risk of stroke, kidney failure, heart disease and heart attack, to name but a few. Every body likes bit of salt, but salt is not good for you because it helps your body retain water and that extra water that is stored in you body raises your blood pressure. So what can you do?
